Paramagnetic Beads and QL Analyser are Proprietary Products
I don't remember ever posting to you but I have read some of your posts. Besides having a similiar shareholder base CardioGenics has nothing to do with Jag Media Holdings. CGNH used JAG to go public through the reverse merger.....With respect to your comment about the "Massive naked short position being touted" that is still a very open question. If you research that subject you will discover that over 95 percent of naked short positions assumed by off shore funds are never covered. The stocks go sub-penny and then vanish. However if there is a naked short position in Cardio it was initiated in Jag so that 95 percent figure would not apply.......You insinuated that if the products were revolutionary CGNH shouldn't have any trouble raising serious cash. I know that CGNH has the ability to raise significantly more money then the 1.3 million. However, if as you posted "I know now the market operates just fine" you would realize that very significant dillution would have occured at the current market price.......I am very confident that the POC Aanalyzer will turn out to be a revolutionary product. The Beta Site testing, when completed, will be the first step in proving my conclusion. You are correct that there have been no sales of the Paramagnetic Beads. In hindsight CGNH should have given Merck the exclusive they demanded. However, the Beads are used in the POC Analyzer and due to their sensitivity CGNH will have a large advantage over any future competition.........I don't know Wow the King but after reading some of his posts on Agoracom he seems to agree with me as to the future potential of the Company.........You posted that you sold your position in CGNH at one dollar. Congratulations! At what price did you buy the shares? At the end of the totally outdated 10Q the name Joe Nese was mentioned as a contact. If you have time you should give him a call. You might decide to buy the stock again.........I think the "very shrewd" investor who purchased all those 100-200 share lots at the close, for so many years, might have filied for bankruptcy.
