The recent exchanges that have occurred on this board regards the status of the Beta Site Study reflects why I wanted Cardiogenics to issue a PR after patient enrollment had begun. The PR stating the study would begin in July predictably was not beneficial to the Company and its share price.

Such a PR offers ammunition to naysayers to challenge whether the study has actually begun (already posted on this board) to why is the company failing to provide information on the study.

As I have posted previously, the Company would be well advised to issue a PR describing patient enrollment status (when meaningful data is available) and confirm that future PRs will only be issued prior to closeout of the study if the enrollment rate varies from the 8-12 projection.
