Game,

Cardiogenics is responsible for developing its technologies, not independent third parties. Of course, Cardiogenics could retain an independent third party with expertise to conduct developemnt and/or testing of their technologies; but I do not know if Cardiogenics has undertaken such a strategy/effort.
