Regards the $42,610,454 you posted as money raised IMO is misleading; my recollection from the Pro Forma balance sheet filed at the time of the reverse merger Cardiogenics' Cumulative Deficit was less than $5 million. I will have to check this unless you can confirm whether Jag Media accumulated the vast majority of this deficit.
