You are making my arguement for me when you post "As far as I'm concerned Dr. G with the money he has to work with has kept the company afloat which ain't a bad thing." Lack of proper funding of the company is the direct responsiblity of Dr G and his CFO Essex; so the fact that the company is underfunded and unable to conduct the head-to-head study is precisely why these two gentlemen need to go.
Finding an experienced and competent CEO is the responsibility of the Board; their failure to do so speaks volumes to their competency.
