Unfortunately Cardiogenics' Senior Management has let another week pass without providing any information or guidance on the future of the Company. Hopefully next week they will provide some announcement or filing regards the financing that is so desperately needed.

At the recent Annual Meeting I did not vote my shares for, against or abstain regards the slate of directors. Given their continued disregard for informing their shareholders, I am beginning to regret that I did not vote against retaining this board of directors.
