I am looking at the SEC Filling. Question the percentage of votes is very high in favor. Now I am new to this company. I am guessing the insiders have a large control of the voting shares and the director results were never in debate. Also please lets get back to good old DD and offer good or bad research. Please let us know what you think the future holds with Cardiogenics. I think we can all be civil here now that things have calmed down.
