IMO you and every other shareholder of Cardiogenics should be "...concerned about the share price." You should consider the strategy Mr. Saunders (who currently holds 8% of the Company for which he paid 50 cents a share with no warrants) might be executing.
Have you considered that he is "playing" Dr. G? Do you think Saunders is willing to invest the $10 million that Cardiogenics originally stated it needed to complete the development of its beads and POC analyzer?
IMO Saunders' plan is to reduce his financial risk by piecemealing his investment into Cardiogenics and when the platform is proven to work Saunders will be the largest shareholder in the Company at the smallest investment possible.
