I did not attend Cardiogenics Annual Meeting given my personal experience in such events; I am confident that Dr G managed the meeting in accordance with the published Agenda; thus

1. Current Directors were re-elected
2. Cardiogenics Articles of Incorporation were amended to increase authorized shares
3. Cardiogenics Articles of Incorporation were amended to deauthorize Class B Common
4. KPMG approved and ratified to serve as Cardiogenics Auditor

As no Press Releases or SEC Filings have been reported, I am confident that no New Business was formally discussed at the meeting.

IMO the next ten days should prove interesting for all of us posting on this board, especially those of us that have actually invested their money in Cardiogenics by purchasing common shares. As I continue to hold my shares I obviously am anticipating good news regards the pending and necessary financing, which should lead to announcement of initiation of the head to head study.

Of course, no news or filings will prove problematic for those of us (Chilbear, Doc and Ante) who remain confident in the commercial potential of the technology and thus continue to hold our shares.
