Dog,

I have not received a proxy from Cardiogenics. IMO authorization to issue the shares will be overwhelmingly approved at the meeting.

I have nothing new to add to my previous posts regards Cardiogenics silence; IMO this is a clear abrogation of Cardiogenic's financial reporting obligations. In this instance Silence is not Golden!
