Chilbear and Doc,

Any thoughts on the "not reliable" financial information in the 10K filing and the pending revision? This doesn't sound like a minor oversight any more than I thought the misstatement of the stock price history was. It now makes sense that they would have to change accounting firms to fix this kind of "mistake". But why do these mistakes keep happening? Are they naive, incompetent, deceptive or some other descriptor that you might apply?

A different point of view than mine or dogdays might he helpful.
