IMO you are fully aware of the value and character of a "poison pill" strategy, so I am not going to engage in such a discussion with you that will serve only to waste my time and the board's.

As for CGNH being acquired, of course I anticipate and want this to happen but only at a fair market capitalization value. And, IMO, this will only happen when CGNH has conclusively demonstrated (read clinical trials and market conditions) that the beads and analyzer perform as theoretically promised by currently available data.
