Isn't this delayed longer than was originally anticipated? It was stated that process should only take a few weeks or a month. And it's just approval of the heads up testing procedure right? Why would something that straightforward and simple take so long unless there were concerns or issues the company has not yet revealed to shareholders?

Plain and simple, this company's investor relations and communications (or lack thereor) are abysmal.
