Doc,

Congrats on your purchase at 80 cents; I have been informed by a former employer that I have to close a 401k account and am curious if CGNH would sell me the remaining unpurchased shares in their PIPE. I recall that a small portion of the shares remained available.

I will let you know how they respond.
