CGNH is going to be a very busy company in 2011, generating a number of news worthy events that could easily drive the share price to new levels. IMO six major events are possible during 2011.

IMO the major events in the first half of 2011 could be -

• An announcement that the MTA with one of the top three bead producers (Dynal or Bangs Laboratories but could be Thermo Scientific or Qiagen) has lead to a license agreement that augments the two Merck Chimie agreements.
• An announcement that the MTA with one of the top IVD companies (Siemens is my guess and hope) has lead to an agreement to use CGNH's silver coated beads in their machines that utilize paramagnetic beads.
• An announcement that the head-to-head study has demonstrated equal or superior results for CGNH's POC analyzer vs Siemens ADVIA Centaur Analyzer.

IMO the major events in the second half of 2011 could be -

• Announcement of results for the FDA required POC Analyzer study
• Announcement of submission of the POC Analyzer 510k to the FDA
• Announcement of POC commercial partnership (Siemens I think and hope)
