I agree that the two Materials Transfer Agreements for the paramagnetic beads are good news. But I would like to know where Merck Chimie is with the beads they want to commercialize and the response of the current clients to CGNH's beads.

I also want to know the terms of the PIPE; do they call for future stock issuances at set prices to support development costs? If so, how many shares and at what price?

The following link provides background on Karver International principal, he appears to have problems beyond the norm, which lead me to believe his lawsuit agains CGNH is a frivolous lawsuit.
