I'm not putting in a sell order for $1 yet. When the executives voluntarily put a long term lockup on their shares, they must have felt if things go well the price would go back up to the merger pricing or higher. Post split that would translate to between $4 and $8 a share. I am highly doubtful it will get that high, but a dollar translates to just 10 cents pre-split. If the analyzers get to market and sell well, I think $2 or $3 is possible.
