Doc, thanks for the quick reply and background information on how you became a shareholder through your interest in JAGH. FYI, I became aware of CGNH through my interest in Merck KGaA. I have several posts on Raging Bull that explains why I believe investing in CGNH is a prudent investment at the present time, even though they are significantly underfunded.
IMO the terms of the Second Merck Agreement which identifies a standard transfer price will enable CGNH to receive and book revenue weeks earlier that if CGNH was participating in net sales. I also am trying to determine if such a revenue stream can be leveraged to establish a credit facitlity that will enable CGNH to complete development of the POC analyzer without incurring further dilution or at least minimizing the dilution of the company by some significant percentage.
