Technically, those firms have orders at those prices. The uselessness of Level 2 for JAGH is that the size of the orders (even at prices closest to the current price) are so small that they are meaningless. The market makers are doing whatever they want with individual orders which is why so often in the last few weeks the stock has been whipsawed around so violently due to all the buy at market and sell at market orders of the manipulators.

Unfortunately for longs, the overall trend seems to be down right now. Once their euphoria of JAGH being back on Reg SHO subsides, I think we pull back to the pre-merger price or lower. I can't tell for sure from the Buyins release but it appears to me the only reason they are on the list is because the 1/2 of 1% trigger was calculated on 70,000,000 shares rather than on 500,000,000 shares outstanding since the merger. Even so, none of my admirers over on RB will even allow for the possibility that much of the "selling" since the merger might be indirectly related to the 400,000,000 or so restricted shares that legally can't be sold for six months. It certainly wouldn't be the first time that insiders ignored or found a way around such restrictions. In fact the previous CEO of JAGH was nailed by the SEC for unallowed sales.

But the longs don't seem to be willing to acknowledge how outrageous those unallowed and undisclosed sales were by the CEO any more than they will allow for the possibility that some more of that could effectively be going on right now. What would you do if you had millions of shares of a stock trading at 50 or 60 cents that could be reasonably expected to go down to single digits at the time (or even before) you could legally sell the shares? That, of course, is a rhetorical question since you are not an insider but you probably get the point more than any of the longs or pumpers on RB will admit to.
