A big deal is being made about the six month restriction on the newly issued shares. I do agree that massive dilution is eventually inevitable. However, we may just get a few months to run away and hide before these shares become marketable. I am seriously disturbed by that bit in the press release concerning payments from Cyber being necessary to conclude the deal. Sounds like a potential "graceful" way out for the rocket scientists who still run JAGH.
