It is the same tired nonsense that has been going on the entire two years I have followed this side show. If the merger is delayed, there will be all kinds of justifications and a new target date on which they can hang their hat and their hopes. If it is cancelled, they will point out that new merger partners are being sought out and one will be announced soon. The failure of the previous mergers will be hailed as a blessing.

I actually hope the merger does get completed so we can find out once and for all how this scam ends and which type of scam it was, since it is either a pump and dump scam or a naked short selling scam.
