Hi Doc,

Private companies and the secret information that goes with them have been the theme of the last several merger attempts. I have no idea what is going on behind the scenes with the new merger candidate.

I still follow Jagh; but, I don't waste much time trying to pull information from thin air. I mean no disrespect to those who are optimistic; but, the company (Jagh) has done nothing to support any of their claims of mergers or naked shorts. Talk only means so much, and once burned, twice shy.

I really am more interested in the naked short aspect; but, I don't understand what a merger will do that wouldn't have been accomplished with the CUSIP change and the move to paper cert trading. That is why I personally need something more than optimistic talk.

Maybe you should promote a raffle to generate more posters. (Just kidding.)
