I agree. I would not buy more than the ton of these that I bought many years ago until a lot more clarification is given about if and/or when shorts will have to cover positions. I suspect, most regretfully, that you are correct about SEC not opening up this putrid mess for fear of shaking what little confidence now exists in Wall Street.
