Seems as though whatever it is they think they are doing to stop abuse is really not happening. Do you know whether JAGH is actually on the SRO Threshold List. I saw a list from 2007 and JAGH was not listed. I imagine that the smart folks who play these shorting games can pretty much circumnavigate whatever weak enforcement rules the paper tigers at the SEC come up with. I hope this shorting doesn't begin again if and when the sp of JAGH gets a bit higher.
