I read a decision could take UP TO 90 days so that can be anytime. Things move slow in Canadian court systems so it doesn't suprise me at all that there still hasn't been a decision. I personally think that a decision will be made by the end of June to give the winner time to drill before winter, but that's my personal beleif. Jokal
