Lexx...I guess we are all just waiting for the next shoe to drop and wondering how many other pairs are pending.

I was hoping to have some more news re the other properties before now but so far, nada.

I still expect the board to rule in our favor this time but my concern is how long they might take to write their ruling and of course, THEN WHAT?

Can that be appealed again? Can this finally be over or will it get delayed by more challenges/ appeals etc.?

I have no Idea. If someone has any insight into the possible scenarios, I'd like to hear them.

Management seems upbeat about the outcome but they've been that way since this fiasco started and that was years ago.

I just want to start drilling so we can finally see what is really there.
