What else could be cooking... financing in progress or just around the corner or maybe someone has made a take out bid or JV or option for Represa/Don Julio, I have no way of knowing... I suspect that management has been busy and there is more than just the quiet time before any annoucement, say that... drilling was to restart at Represa soon or that the directors had voted more options or... or... or...
