One thing that concerns me is the economics of mining low grade deposits with the price of diesel going north and cutting into our bottom line.
Does anyone have an educated guess if we will pay the market price for diesel or will the diesel we buy be subsidied by the Mexican Government???
I don't think we have to ask the question of IF this will become a mine but When this will become a mine... And at that point only God knows what the price of Oil and Gold will be. Hopefully the one will help offset the other.
I'm just wondering what the cash cost per ounce will be when diesel goes north of $8 a gallon.
Of course who knows...The Mexican Government could axe subsidies on fuel in the next 4 years or so.
