Camino Rojo Mexico : In-situ - 4.0 million ounces gold; 68.32 million ounces of silver.
I have posted new drill plans in PHOTOS, this one is worth looking at. If you can't make it out here on Agoracom, I will post it to my website this afternoon.
Note ther number of drill holes that need to be drilled for a resource estimate. I guessed earlier about the infill spacing and now go with Been There's view that 50 meters is probably right... do I remember correctly Been There?
In any event, there will be more good NR than bad once they start reporting the results from the infill drilling within the 0.65 g/tonne Au surface anomaly. I would think that the DD will be on the same grid to prove up the deeper levels of the breccia body. Lots of good asays to come!
Has anyone been thinking how the gold occurs within the deposit? Since Represa is GOLD deposit (Canplats dsescribes it that way) we should explore the way the gold sits in the rock. This is an important question for a gold deposit and has significant ecomomic implications. All my back of the envelope scratching has just included the gold values and the deposit seems to hold up rather robustly at $650 POG. But knowing more about the nature of the gold particles is something that we should learn so that it too can be figured into our own evaluations of Represa.
