...waiting for results I thought I'd join others who have attempted to estimate the share value for Canplats. This is not a what if though, based on what the drilling shows and the following assumptions;

90 million tons grading 0.65 g/ton, $600/oz gold, $100 million cap cost for heap leach mine infrastructure, 65% recovery, $350 cash cost per ounce produced, 65 million shares issued... I get ~ $9.25/share.

If a plug in today's POG I get ~$20.25/share, even at an average grade of 0.45 g/ton at $600 POG I get $6.00! Just for the gold content!!!!

Am I missing something (other than these are very "Low Ball" estimates)? ...just for what has been found "scratching the surface"!!!

What if Been There's dream of 800 m by 50 m of sulfides mushrooms?
