Camino Rojo Mexico : In-situ - 4.0 million ounces gold; 68.32 million ounces of silver.
Just a quick glance...
I like Been There's take on the NR assays. As I said in an earlier post, there will be some barren intervals in new drilling as the limits of the deposit are located, no reason to worry. I did not want to be the first to mention the North boundary of the property, looks like we may share a portion of the deposit, although CR 13 ended out of mineralization and other north dipping holes have begun to define the northern limit of the deposit (CR 16, 17, 18). The fault has been now confirmed by surface sampling and drilling, meaning what????
CR 15 and 20 end in mineralization with decent grades, as far as lower base metal values, I don't have a guess except to ask how are these base metals are expressed in the oxide zone, what mobility do they have? I would expect them to increase as we enter the sulfides.
Looking at Penasquito is educational, all of the high grade is at depth. The gold values are widespread on the surface (~1000 m long zone) so we are half way there as far as the aerial extent of the deposit goes and open to the East. The IP anomalies seem to be a good at predicting the aerial extent of the mineralization (makes Don Julio zone very interesting)!!!!
I read this as ... still open to the East and at depth and we have more than we did before these results were in. The current selling may just be washing out the faint of heart and presents another buying opportunity.
More later as I get some time to look at the results more closely.
Not investment advice.
