I was in attendance at the annual meeting Friday in Victoria. I must

say it was the most well attended AGM I have ever attended.

After the formal meeting CFO Andrew Male walked everyone through

the "here and now" of where we are going with a well put together power

point presentation, followed by a Q&A period. With two properties

near term production (manganese/gold/diamonds) and an upcoming BC

gold exploration program this summer, shareholders left the meeting

with smiles on their faces.
