Just an observation on the significance of the overhead resistance running back to 2006...

While there is every possibility we never break that resistance (positive news dependant), a 32% retracement puts us at around $2.40, a 50% retracement puts us at ~ $3.80. I recognize this is a linear chart and not best for tech analysis, but just sayin...
