Edit this title from the Fast Facts Section
Clearly these Manganese occurrences present in clusters and not in isolation (Jaburi's are the playbook on the matter).
Carolina was presumed an isolated kimberlite at one time ... and that was shown to be inaccurate.
Dupuis did establish (very successful) a pattern of kimberlite definition through geophysic anomaly tracing ... and I would suggest the same is true for the Manganese oxide definition that Cancana will forward.
Geophysics are a very powerful tool for tracking the trends and in the case of these Manganese oxides ... simple ground prospecting surveys without a need to drill ... can map out concentration of surface mineralization very quickly.
Trenching and auger drills can expand on the individual prospected showings to quantify the resource fully ... however ... surface expression can immediately give baseline mineralization parameters to work off of.
I would suggest that the evaluation of Jaburi has given some very valuable data to the geotechs on the extent of these Manganese oxide expressions as they fall on hillside and plain.
Once the ground team is set loose ... the news will fly on a steady pace in relation to resource expansion.
Start from the current 860,000 tonne area ... and step out from there.
Lot of prime Manganese oxide ground in the area ... highest of grade in this unique setting.
