Many thanks. It was exactly what I was looking for and I see that my assumption was wrong. I had thought one of the directors was a newly acquired geologist, in the last 1 or 2 years, who was familiar with oil in shale finds.

I was hoping that their may have been some evidence that this gologist had acquired a good number of shares from CQV because of the belief that there definitelywas oil in shale. However evidence of this is not to be.

In the meantime I'm glad to see that the main actors in CQV did purchase a good number of shares in their company, so they are showing some faith that there is something actually there.

I'm looking forward to how all this plays out.
