Wow, you've really been thinking!!

I have to believe that SPE is similar to CQV in it's reliance on the GPS play. I would hazard a guess that share pricing would be somewhat in line with that of CQV.

Let's say that CQV has 600 Million shares @ .08. Market cap is then $48 million.This represents about 1/3 of the GPS. SPE's share would be about 2/3's or $96 million.

Do a PP of 50,000,000 shares @ around $2 and you have it!! These are very rough figures indeed. Both companies have a few lesser projects on the go which you could say would negate each other from an additional value point of view.

So which is better? I say CQV, because you can buy a piece of the action at a much lower price and the low SP does give a bit of downside protection. JMHO Rico
