Identify, Focus, Develop.
Hey Riskit01,
Here are some numbers that I quickly through together. I'm sure there off a bit here and there but you should get the idea on how everything would break down
3 billion barrel discovery
3,000,000,000 x 5% recovery = 150,000,000 barrels
Price of oil per barrel on market $70. Let say being as drilling is from shore and with a smaller rig we can make a profit of $35 dollars per barrel after cost of recovering and overhead costs.
So
150,000,000 barrels x $35 = 5,250,000,000
5,250,000,000 dollars x 38.5%(our percentage) = 2,021,250,000(company's worth)
2,021,250,000 divided by 500,000,000 (outstanding shares I rounded to 500million should be close after options are purchased)
$4.04 dollars per share.
It would be a good day if that happened. These numbers could change for many different reasons but thats the rough math. IF this is anywhere near correct it would be fun to watch.
If anyone has any corrections or changes that they think should be there to make this more correct please post it.
Merry Christmas
