I had recently contacted CIVC regarding participation in the private placement. On Aug 4/09 Tina replied: "Yesterday the company announced the first closing of the placement in the amount of $600,000. CIVC has until August 31st however, the Company hopes to have its final closing within the next week or two at the latest. If you are interested in participating in the placement or have any questions please contact......".

Will be interesting to see if any of the units have been purchased by insiders. Hopefully it will have to be released under the insider reports
