This news release is definitely good news. At least it lays rest to the rumors that the test holes were a complete failure, which was floating around. I would still like to see a movement in the share price even if it is a small one. It doesn't seem to be happening so far, it looks like people are dead set on holding it at the 0.05 cent mark.

I'm not really sure on the current finances of CIVC. I hope that they still have enough money left to at least finish what they started with the drilling and logging/data collection of the 5 test wells. Shouldn't they be generating some income from a few gas wells that were in production by Encore Investments when they bought them out????? Anyone know for sure???

As for merging with SPE, I really do like this idea. We would have to see the conditions of the merger. I don't like it if it means more diluting of the shares. We are very heavy in the amount of shares with just over 400 million. I really don't think that this would work out to our benefit. If it can happen with not more diluting of the shares I would be all for it. This way if Shoal Point shale oil or future exploration becomes a reality and we hit what we all think (and hope) is there then we will obviously own a bigger chunk of the pie.
