Actually I'm not upset,that would be an emotional response to a business reality. What I am is disappointed just like the partners who are drilling this well.

As far as speculation goes,when you read a news release ,unless it is perfectly clear in content ,you can easily go off in opposite directions.I chose to go to the source and ask pertinent questions.
