Maybe it is stop losses. I've freed up some money as this may be a buying opportunity but I want to see what shakes out first. We must be at or extremely close to the target sight .I know they are proceeding very slowly and playing it safe which is what is taking the time.If all is indeed still on track then the sp will recover very quickly.
