Old Buck has just posted a rumour on SH that there are problems with the drilling. I doubt this is fact, as everything was OK before they pulled out to case the well, and they were not due to start the bit turning again just yet.

I think rumours will abound at this stage, but as far as I can see, this project has gone smoothly, there is plenty of available finance to see it through, and we should know exactly where we are with solid news in a few days' time. Apparently Kirby Mercer told someone who phoned the company yesterday that we are within twenty four hours of so of the bit turning again.

This board might be less active - but there is no-one posting nonsense here. Most of the posts on SH are squabbles between pumpers and bashers, or between those who try to post misinformation and those who try to correct it. Here, I think we are all of a mind. We have invested in this project, we want it to succeed, we think we are in with a good chance that it will, but not so sure of ourselves we don't have a slight niggle of worry. Other than that, nothing has changed and I think we would rather keep quiet until we know something. I agree, it would be nice to get someone local posting on this board.
