Hey Dunnock, or anyone else knowledgeable about Private Placement. How does this affect the public shareholders. Are the BOD selling their own shares for a PP or are they purchased from the market like everyone else. On the other site someone mentioned warrants at .18 or .24 for private investors but I'm not sure what this means to shareholders like us. Nice friendly atmosphere here, hopefully some of the longs from the other site come here to share their knowledge.
