03:15 PM EST, 02/25/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Canada Carbon (CCB.V) was up nearly 6% to 52-week high after the company on Tuesday said Quebec's Commission de protection du territoire agricole (CPTAQ) has resumed a review of the company's Miller graphite project after the company, the commission and the municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge last week reached an out of court settlement allowing the project to proceed.
"We are delighted at how quickly the CPTAQ has undertaken to resume its analysis of the Miller project file," executive chairman Bruce Duncan said in a release.
Canada Carbon shares were last seen up C$0.015 to C$0.27 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
