CCB and Bruce are smart business people, considering that there is 26M warrants (or close to that, have not checked recently and rellying on memory) expiring in 2 months, would it not be the best business decision to be quiet for 60 days and let these warrants expire.
Any good news they could put out from drilling would only run into these warrants and cap the stock in a big way. If they wait, then the stock is not capped and can run higher. We may not need much money because of the revenue from the bulk sample but if we do need more money, then we could do a private placement at higher valuation than 20 cents.
The only bad part about this is CCB would be dead money for a little while but considering that these warrants would expand our share float by about 30%, this is very worth it in my opinion.
Combine that with ZEN who closed out Cliff's shares on Friday and have close to half a million shorts and will be seeing a short squeeze, the smart money would be to rotate out of CCB and into ZEN who will get a minimum 50% pop here and then load up CCB in about 6-8 weeks right before the warrants expire.
I personally cannot see CCB wasting great news just to hit huge resistance at 20 cents. Waiting till the warrants expire is the smart business call here but open to other opinions.
Goodnight,
