I know everyone is banking on the permit to be given to CCB, since it's a municpal event, but any chance the federal gov't would put a hold on the permit application until mutual agreements are made?

We know from the interview, the gov't approached CCB first, and CCB has an upcoming meeting with the gov't officials again. Interesting to say the least, since wouldn't CCB be the first Nuclear grade graphite company trying to sell their goods on the market?
