Canaco grants options to buy 2.8 million 67-cent shares

Canaco Resources Inc. has granted options to buy 2.8 million shares to certain directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the company's stock option plan. The options have an exercise price of 67 cents per share and an expiry date of either Jan. 21, 2012, or Jan. 21, 2015.
