Silver Hart 200 tonne Bulk Sample Planned this Summer

06/22/2010 [ACCESSWIRE]

Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has been given confirmation that it can withdraw a 200 tonne bulk sample at the Silver Hart property. The purpose of the bulk sample is to test metallurgical recovery of the high grade B vein, grade variability down dip, and depth continuity of the vein. During the 2009 exploration season, the Company discovered a hydrothermal vein that ranged between 12,136 to 54,660 grams per tonnes silver in the B vein. Based on surface sampling every two meters the average assayed grades (thickness weighted) is 26,856 grams per tonne silver, 2.00 grams per tonne gold, 2.89 percent lead, 1.31 percent zinc, and 1.64 percent copper (sample assays reported in the January 13th, 2010 news release). Several attempts were made to drill the showing in 2009 but were unsuccessful due to the soft physical characteristic. A diamond drill fitted with auger flights will be used to sample the material. At the completion of bulk sampling, the samples will be sent out for third party ICP analysis and fire assays for silver and gold. Results will be reported when received.
