I see whats happening to CGX as a similar situation as AOI & HRN. AOI has a majority ownership position in HRN and provides financial and technical support for HRN but allows HRN to remain as a seperate entity.

PRE is taking over control of CGX with the same type of support but at this point seem to be OK with allowing CGX to remain as a seperate entity.
