Zibo, what you have stated makes sense. The PR from Staatsolie about Murphy was brief and direct about the dry hole while this one has "encouraging and valiant results"! Very promising. But the CGX SP is killing me! In the good old days of 2007, news like that would have rocketed the price higher. Now it goes down 4 cents :(
